What is a hidden roof?
A modern roof you don’t see, built to work hard
A hidden roof (also called a parapet roof or concealed roof) is a low-slope roof built behind raised walls around the edge of your building. From the street, your building looks flat-topped, clean and modern.
Because the roof is low-slope, the details matter: the right sheet profile, aluminium flashing and cappings on the parapet, and enough PVC water collectors and downpipes to carry heavy rain away. That is exactly what we specialise in.

Not when they are built properly. Leaks on hidden roofs usually come from poor drainage or bad flashing. We design the slope, cappings, flashing and PVC water collectors so water leaves the roof quickly.
We use long-span aluminium sheets laid at a low pitch behind the parapet, finished with aluminium flashing and cappings. We will recommend the right gauge and profile for your building.
It depends on the roof area, sheet gauge, parapet design and drainage points. Book a free inspection and we’ll give you a clear, itemised quote.
Often, yes. It depends on your walls and structure. We inspect the building and advise if raising a parapet and re-roofing is the right option.
Keep water collectors and outlets clear of leaves and debris, and book an inspection before and after the rainy season. We also offer maintenance visits.
